First, we would like to take this opportunity to personally thank you for your service and dedication for being the tip of the spear. Your service and sacrifice to your country have not gone unnoticed and comes with many benefits. One of these benefits provided to you is the opportunity to pay for your education and training. The Army has many programs or options you have earned to assist you with your educational needs and goals.

These benefits are the keys to the future for those in the process and planning for the transition process to the “civilian world”.

National Training programs are approved for VA, TA and DANTES education benefits. We have trained many service members, such as you, to become professional tractor-trailer drivers. Many of our staff members are prior military members including Army and know, first hand, when the time comes to “get out” a whole new world opens up for you… but you have to be prepared. How well you are prepared can be the difference between success and failure.

Use the benefits you have earned BEFORE you get out and don’t wait until you only have a short time left.

It’s now up to you and you alone. You cannot depend on Uncle Sam after you get out.

The Army will pay up to $4500 per fiscal year towards your education through the Tuition Assistance program. Through the GoArmyEd portal you can register and access your benefits easily and get started immediately.

What we offer:

National Truck Driver School offers TA approved training that is a fast track to a well paying job with benefits. Our programs are designed in such a way that allows soldiers to enroll and train while still on active duty.

In a matter of weeks you can be fully trained and have a Class “A” Commercial Driver’s License in hand and ready to join the work force PRIOR to your separation date. You can start your training any where you have internet access.

What can a Class “A” CDL provide you?

A CDL can provide you with:

  • A secure job – no matter where you go there are trucks and truck drivers. Nothing gets from one place to another without a truck. If you bought it a trucker brought it. Drivers will always be in demand.
  • Benefits such as health and dental insurance for you and your family
  • Opportunity to see the country you served. You’ve seen the world now see your own country
  • Great pay – average drivers start out earning between $35,000 and $40,000 annually. Remember, that’s starting out. It’s even possible to earn $80,000 to $100,000 annually.
