Bill Lane

National Truck Drivers School Graduate of the Month for April 2009.
Bill hails from the local area of Orange Park, Florida…just a few miles down the road. He lives here with his wife Donna and all of his family close by.
Bill chose to become a Professional Truck driver for the same reasons many other people have told us about. He was ready for a change and he wanted this change to be in a career that could provide the things he likes the most. He has a career with many diverse opportunities available. Working outdoors, great pay, everyday is different from the last and the chance at promotions is much higher than many other career fields.
Bill currently drives for a local company called Advanced Disposal. Bill chose this company because of the great company it is and the work is local so he can be home with family every night. The equipment is new and in great condition which is very important for truck drivers.
We asked Bill why he chose National Truck Drivers School and one answer was obvious…we’re local. However, Bill also learned that National is completely dedicated to our students and our instructors come from a long and diverse background with years of experience in trucking.
As Bill put it “The teachers were real people who have been in real experiences in the truck driving field. Their knowledge of what they taught and their understanding of what we needed gave me a feeling that I had gotten the most out of my experience.”
Bill our instructors love to hear compliments and they thank you for the kind words. Our instructors take pride in the role they play in people’s lives. Not everyone has the chance to pass on their knowledge and skills to deserving people every day. To have such a job where you can positively alter someone’s life on a daily basis is a reward and a pleasure.

We asked Bill what his experience was like with National and to put it into his own word would be best. “My time at National Training was much more than I had ever expected. I have used my training efficiently in my new job and National's method of training made my transaction from the class to the workforce effortless and confident.”
Everyone from the instructors to the staff at the main office pride themselves on trying to make the experience for every student as memorable and beneficial as we can. We enjoy our jobs and we would like to thank Bill personally for choosing us to help him with his new endeavor.
Bill’s future plans are to stay with Advanced Disposal and learn all that he can and take advantage of all the opportunities that are made available to him.
Bill also went on to throw National a kind word…"I highly recommend anyone who has the desire to drive a "big rig" attend the class. Not only will you enjoy the experience but you will leave knowing you have made the right choice.
Thank you and the staff
Sincerely
William Lane”
No Bill…thank you. We want to wish you the best and good luck and please stop by and visit us anytime. We like to keep in touch with our fellow truckers.
