Robert & Ruth Page
National Truck Drivers School is pleased to present Mr. And Mrs. Page. Please meet Robert and Ruth. These two attended our truck driving school way back in November of 1997. We wanted to share a couple things with you about this dynamic duo that is still applicable today.
Robert and Ruth took advantage of a little known program that National Truck Drivers School offers. Robert paid the regular tuition rate and his wife Ruth, was able to take the same class for half price. This Spouse program made it possible for these two to realize a life long dream.
Over-the-road driving can mean separations from loved ones for sometimes weeks at a time. This very fact is why long haul trucking companies offer terrific pay, benefits, and other compensation that is difficult to quantify. Trucking companies are fully aware that long haul drivers must be well compensated to leave their families for a period of time. Ruth and Robert never have to spend time away from each other, but they get all the perks. They are one of countless couples on our roads today that does this for fun and profit. They have it all... togetherness, travel, and money.
